HRV Resonance Breathing is slow, steady breathing that helps synchronize your breath with natural heart rhythm patterns (HRV).
How to practice:
1. Choose a pattern: Try 50/50, 40/60, 30/70, or 20/80. Your total cycle doesn't have to be exactly 10 seconds; find the duration that feels most comfortable for you.
2. Technique: Keep the breath smooth and quiet. Breathe through your nose and stay still to let the rhythm settle.
3. Depth: Focus on the timing rather than the volume of air. If you feel lightheaded, reduce the depth of your breath or stop.
4. Settle in: Stay relaxed, don't overthink the numbers, and let your body find its own resonance.
ResoBreath is a minimal resonant breathing practice app.
